Overview
An action-oriented voice assistant for civic engagement in Bangladesh. People speak in Bengali or English, and the agent turns what they say into structured reports that local authorities can act on.
The problem
Civic complaints arrive as unstructured speech in two languages, which authorities can’t triage or route at scale.
What I built
Concurrent agentic workflows with structured API logging and reliable database connection handling.
Coordinated multi-agent state to avoid race conditions across simultaneous AI flows.
Built and shipped under hackathon time constraints.
Outcome
2nd Runner-Up at the Impact Dhaka 2026 International AI Hackathon at BUET, 3rd of 65 teams.
